About WLR: WLR is Waterford’s leading radio station, known for its engaging content and commitment to the local community. We are excited to expand our programming with a new, dynamic property show, and we're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable presenter to join our team!
Role Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic part-time presenter for our new property programme. The show will focus on the latest trends in the property market, offering insights, tips, and advice to our listeners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and research a weekly property show on WLR.
- Research and prepare content related to the property market, including trends, tips, and local estate agent news.
- Conduct interviews with industry experts, local businesses, and property owners.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality audio content.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in radio presenting or similar media roles in desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the property market, particularly in Waterford.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and entertain an audience.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms to connect with listeners.
