Over 50’s Movement, Balance and Stretch 6 week programme.
This programme will be delivered by a fully qualified instructor who will lead participants through a joint mobilisation and muscle warm up, followed by cardio, movement to music, strength and balance work which will help improve your balance and mobility as well as having a positive effect on your physical and mental health.
Tuesdays 10am via Zoom beginning Tuesday February 23rd.
