Mark White Taekwondo & Fitness has come on board once again this year to raise funds for the St Vincent De Paul in Waterford.
He is teaming up again with WLR's Christmas Appeal after raising a record 15,000 for the charity last year.
This year he is running an auction with some amazing items up for grabs.
This includes a range of signed jerseys (see below) which could make amazing Christmas presents for someone you love, while also donating to charity.
