A Déise family will kick off the eleventh season of Ireland's Fittest Family.
Laura Fox, a brand-new presenter, is searching for the country's Fittest Family. Renowned athlete Sonia O'Sullivan will also be competing alongside Nina Carberry, Davy Fitzgerald, and Donncha O'Callaghan in order to challenge the families to their maximum and cross the finish line for the highly sought-after crown and €15,000.
The Bonnar family from Waterford will be kicking off the new season, followed by the Heaney family from Tyrone, the O'Regan family from Kerry and lastly, the Noonan family from Meath who will take on the difficult tasks at The Lake as the action begins.
Trainers are more eager than ever before this season to prepare the nation's fittest families as they take on incredibly demanding physical tasks with Davy Fitzgerald is driven to take the title after taking first place last year.
Ireland's Fittest Family returns on Sunday, October 29, on RTÉ One and RTÉ player at 6:30pm.
