The West Waterford Food Festival is coming up at the end of the month and Geoff will be talking to plenty of the people involved. Today he spoke to Peter Everett of Everett's Restaurant who is doing Sunday Roast at Salterbridge House on Sunday April 28th. Traditional Sunday Roast cooked by Peter will be served in the historic drawing room of Salterbridge House. After lunch guests are free to explore the famed gardens of the house.
