The School of Health Sciences at WIT is embarking on a three year European study on work-life balance

Researchers in the School of Health Sciences at WIT, in collaboration with the Irish Work Study Institute and a number of European Universities, have begun working on an EU funded project to address concerns of work-life balance since the onset of COVID-19.

The three year study will look at how remote working has become the norm for many the past year and, while it has its advantages, employees have struggled to  separate work and home life in the same physical space.

Muireann is a Galway native living in Dungarvan for the past six years. She saw the need to create this software due to the increasing levels of remote working in the past year.

Local company Waterford Technologies recently announced a global partnership with Cork based Getvisibility. This comes after a successful collaboration on several SME and Enterprise projects.
