I paid a visit to Lismore before we entered Level 5, to chat with business owners there. My first port of call was to The Lismore Food Company, which has just launched a new range. I chatted to the crew there about the advances they've made online, and about a move from B2B to B2C during the restrictions. I also met Valerie Lee, who owns Gallery Valerie in Lismore. Valerie is devastated that she has to shut her doors so close to Christmas, but hopes people will continue to support craft-makers.
Have a listen to my chat with those involved in both businesses...
