In Episode 6 of my feature series 'Bold Moves' about people who set up business in the Pandemic, I paid a visit to the Busy Barn Mini Farm in Dunmore East. The farm is run by Catherine Cullinane, a Waterford City native who's always had a passion for animals.

Main Street in Lismore is about to see more activity with the opening a thrift shop, Out of the Clozet, on May 20th.

It's run by secondary school teachers Joanne Roche and Edel Murphy. I visited Lismore earlier this week and met up with Joanne, who tells me the idea for the shop came about through a transition year mini-company at Blackwater Community College..

Male grooming has become far more culturally acceptable in the past number of years, and this has been reflected in sales of products globally.

Waterford native Marc Power is co-founder of Mohecan, and he tells me the idea for the company came about from his own experiences of skin problems as a teenager...
