Ray and Mary got the details this morning on The Big Breakfast Blaa from organisers Jason King and Trevor Swift. This annual event takes place every Easter Sunday at the RSC from 11am.
As the lads told us this morning, there's a 5k or a 5 mile run, but the main aim is to go in fancy dress and have a bit of craic. There will be loads of other activities and a barbeque on the day as well.
You'd be supporting a brilliant cause; The Children's Medical Research Foundation at Crumlin Hospital.
