Listen back: Mary met up with people involved in college life at WIT, as the new academic year begins

All in all, around eight thousand students will attend WIT for the 2018/19 year, and there's a big emphasis on welfare, as well as encouraging people to get involved in clubs and societies.

Mary headed out to the main campus on the Cork Road for The Big Breakfast Blaa, to speak to various people. In the link below you can hear about The Japanese Society, football at the college, Student Life and Learning, the Student's Union and getting help with finance and banking.
