Eve Hewson as Adele in "Behind her Eyes"
The psychological thriller based on the book of the same name by Sarah Pinborough has hugely divided opinion. Maria says she thinks part of the problem is that viewers go into it not realising there's a strong sci-fi element to the six-part series on Netflix.
The big talking point from an Irish perspective is that Eve Hewson plays Adele, one of the central characters; a troubled woman in an unhappy marriage to David (Tom Bateman.) Both characters become involved with Louise (Simona Brown) and many twists and turns then ensue, leaving us guessing right until the end.
