Luke Wadding, the son of a wealthy merchant, lived from 1588 to 1657 and is considered one of the most important figures in Irish history. He had a fascinating life that saw him write 37 books in several languages, as well as becoming a significant part of the Catholic Church.  In his latest virtual tour of Waterford Treasures, Eamonn tells us about Fr Wadding and why he had a death mask made for him.
