Listen back: "Black 47" is like an Irish Western and really worth a watch, Maria McCann tells The Big Breakfast Blaa

Set against the backdrop of the famine, Maria says this movie tells a revenge story of a man whose family have all disappeared when he comes back from serving in the British army.

She says it has a stellar line up with particularly great performances from Hugo Weaving, James Frecheville, Stephen Rea and Waterford's Moe Dunford.

Maria tells Ollie and Mary that she didn't expect to enjoy "Black 47" nearly as much as she did, and she recommends people go to it.
