A mother hedgehogs and her little hoglets, who Waterford Animal Welfare recently helped

Andrew is well known to most in Waterford, as a person who has been working tirelessly for years helping animals in need. He and his team at Waterford Animal Welfare tend to all kinds of creatures, and in fact, Andrew dropped into us on The Big Breakfast Blaa with a hedgehog story!

Helping out some little hoglets

Did you know a hoglet is a baby hedgehog? Well, they're about as cute as cute gets, and Andrew was more than happy to help out when a builder contacted him to say he'd accidentally uprooted their home, so mother and babies needed attention. Andrew tells us he got onto Hedgehog Rescue Dublin who took them in.
