People have been open to new ways of exercising since the pandemic began, and while gyms are currently open (we're awaiting an announcement on the next level of restrictions) many people have become more accustomed to training online. In fact a lot of gym instructors are offering it as an alternative to physical classes.
Adam Wright of Kingfisher Gym is one of those instructors, and he joined Ollie and me on The Big Breakfast Blaa for his regular fitness slot to discuss the advantages, and possible disadvantages, of training online.
