Kenneth's Pet, Party and Ice Cream Shop on O'Connell Street was formerly Butler's, and the crew there have been making their own ice creams on site for many years - including their own 99s!
They beat off stiff competition on The Big Breakfast Blaa this morning to be selected as Waterford's best.
Kenneth Reddy called into our WLR studios in Ardkeen to collect his cert. Oh, and he brought some yummy ice cream too so we love Kenneth!!
