Gailltir will face De La Salle in the county senior camogie final on November 13.
Champions Gailltir came good in the second half to see off St Annes at the WIT Arena on Saturday afternoon (1-15 to 1-6).
Aoife Fitzgerald hit six points (five from placed balls), Shauna Fitzgerald had a strong second half at midfield while Maeve Sheridan contained Waterford captain Niamh Rockett.
The sides were all square at 1-4 apiece after a tight and tense opening half. Anne Corcoran netted for Gailltir after 15 seconds before Becky Kavanagh replied for St Annes in the fifth minute.
Gaillitr outscored their opponents by six points to one in the third quarter to pull clear. Sub Molly Comerford scored two points on her introduction.
De La Salle demolished Tramore 4-20 to 1-9 in the first semi final.
Waterford attackers Beth Carton and Abby Flynn scored 4-16 between them. Carton got 3-9 (3-7 from play) while Flynn fired 1-7 from play. Tara Power found the net for Tramore five minutes into the second half.
