Leinster's Will Connors has been promoted to the Ireland senior side ahead of Saturday's Six Nations visit of Wales to the Aviva.
His provincial team-mate Garry Ringrose has been ruled out for the games with Wales and England following a procedure on a hand injury sustained in the win over Scotland.
It's believed he broke his thumb the 19-12 victory.
Meanwhile, Tadhg Furlong will be monitored as the week progresses after reporting tightness to the calf.
Forwards Caelan Doris and Dave Kilcoyne are to go through return-to-play protocols after sustaining knocks to the head in Saturday's game.
