Comeragh Rangers seek their first Waterford ladies football title tonight in Fraher Field against arch rivals Ballymacarbry.
They have lost ten of the last eleven county finals to the girls in blue but joint captain Keeley Corbett Barry is hoping to get over the line on this occasion. "We have learnt so much about ourselves and we really have developed. The character in the team to constantly regroup is just unbelievable. We have the belief and we have the confidence within ourselves. It's just about going out there and showing it now."
She was delighted to see her team mate Emma Murray get an All Star nomination recently. "She is a massive leader. She brings so much enthusiasm; her work rate is second to none. I couldn't think of anyone more deserving of an All Star nomination."
Throw in is at 7.30 in Fraher Field.
