Waterford's Thomas Barr is back in action this evening in Rome in the Diamond League meeting.
He is drawn in lane 5 in the 400 metres hurdles race and will be hoping to improve on his last two runs where he was placed third.
Thomas will also be aiming for his fastest time of the season so far.
He faces 8 other athletes including 3 Americans.
