Tramore add to Piltown's woes

Tramore came out on top against Piltown in Graun Park on Friday night. Goals from Brandon Deady, Jack Larkin and Michael Brennan gave them a facile victory.  Piltown have yet to get a point on the board and they have not as yet scored a goal so it'a been a tough few weeks for the promoted club.
Thriller in Kilrush Park

Near neighbours Dungarvan and Ballinroad played out a rip-roaring game in Kilrush Park on Friday night. This match ebbed and flowed all through and the final outcome was in doubt right up to the final whistle.Danny Reynolds, Sam Uniacke and and David Flynn were the net finders for Dungarvan. David Smith, Shane Bennett and Tommy Fennell who scored a late equaliser were the goalscorers for Ballinroad.
Ferrybank drop their first points

Ferrybank lost their one hundred per cent record on Saturday night. This match was switched from the Waterford Crystal ground to the Village Grounds in the afternoon due to the poor weather. David Osasare gave Ferrybank a first half lead but Larry Canavan popped up with a late leveller for Crystal.
Villa go clear at the top

Conor Coad's impressive Villa team are now the clear leaders following this victory in Mitchell KennedyPark on Sunday morning. The two clubs were locked together at the top of the table prior to kick-off. Ace goalscorer Dean Walsh scored a brace for the visitors and Mark Walsh had a goal sandwiched in between ``Deano's`` double. Kieran Sadey scored the Hibernians goal. 
 
Carrick bounce back to form

Carrick lost their previous game 8-2 against Ferrybank but they certainly bounced back to form in Tom Drohan Park on Sunday morning. Eoin Burke led their charge with two goals and  Ian Cleary, Rory Finnegan and Joe Harte were also on the mark against a Southend team who are struggling somewhat this season .
