Waterford Horse Takes Fifth Place At World Championships

The Irish Sport Horse L.E.B Empress, bred by Jo Breheny from Kilbride, Tramore in Co Waterford, has today taken a superb fifth place in the final of the World Championships for Young Eventing Horses at Le Lion in France.

Ridden by Galway's Cathal Daniels, L.E.B Empress produced a clear round in Saturday's Cross Country and another clear in the final Show Jumping phase to finish the competition on a Dressage score of 34.4 penalties and was the highest-placed Irish combination in the competition.
