In a statement, the County Board says that in light of the Government decision of Wednesday July 15th to defer increasing the numbers for outdoor gatherings, Waterford GAA will not be in a position to accommodate all who wish to attend our club games.
It is therefore with regret that Waterford GAA has to advise that all club Season Tickets and County Passes have been cancelled and made void.
The following arrangements will be put in place for the various ticket holders:
Waterford GAA Season Ticket / County Passes:
Ticket/Voucher may be exchanged for a 2021 Season Ticket or a refund.
In order to process the exchange or refund the 2020 Ticket / Voucher must be returned to the County Office in Walsh Park.
Club+ Season Ticket:
Please contact Croke Park regarding a refund
Club 500:
The ticket expires in December but will now be extended to cover all club games under the authority of Waterford County Board in 2021.
As the games are capped at a capacity of 200 which includes spectators, players, team officials, stewards etc, admission to the venue will strictly by ticket only. An allocation of 45 tickets to purchase will be made available to the participating clubs only. Senior Championship games will cost €10 and there will be no concessions.
We seek the cooperation of clubs, patrons and the general public so we can comply with the Government’s Health & Safety guidelines at all times.
We emphasise once more that people only attend a game if they have a ticket.
Abiding by Government and HSE guidelines will ensure that greater numbers will be permitted to attend our games much sooner.
Waterford GAA intend to live stream a number of club championship games, details will be advised shortly.
