Clubs in Waterford can return to contact training today for the first time since early March.
The Senior Hurling Championship will be the focus for many teams after the draw was made on Friday.
It resumes on Friday July 24th at 7.30pm with the clash of Ballygunner and Tallow in Fraher Field.
De La Salle play Ballysaggart the following day at 7pm also in Fraher Field.
On Sunday the 26th of July Mount Sion and Clonea meet in Walsh Park at 2pm before Dungarvan and Fourmilewater go head to head in Fraher Field at 6.30pm.

In Round 2 Fraher Field will host a double header on Saturday August 1st. Lismore and Fourmilewater meet at 3pm followed by Abbeyside and Ballysaggart at 7pm.
Roanmore v Clonea will take place in Walsh Park at 2pm on Sunday August 2nd and Passage will face Tallow in Fraher Field at 7pm that evening.
Round 3 begins with Ballygunner against Passage in Walsh Park on Saturday August 8th at 2.30pm. The same venue hosts De La Salle v Abbeyside at 6.30pm that evening.
On Sunday August 9th, it's Mount Sion against Roanmore at 2pm in Walsh Park and Dungarvan v Lismore in Fraher Field at 6pm.
The quarter finals will take place the weekend of the 14th - 16th August, followed by the semi finals from the 21st to 23rd of August. The county final will go ahead on Sunday August 30th.
