Waterford FC will have to travel to Dublin to play UCD in the quarter-final of the FAI Cup in two weeks time.
The Blues will have to travel away for the third time in the FAI Cup this season, when they play UCD at the Belfield Bowl on Friday September 7th.
To date they have beaten Skerries Town and Droheda in the competition.
The draw means Alan Reynold's men will be on the road for five consecutive weeks. Apart from the cup games, they have already played away to Derry City in the league and on Friday they play away to St Patrick's Athletic in Richmond Park. WLR will broadcast that league game live, thanks to Audi Waterford with commentary team of Ray Scott and Matt Keane
UCD have been setting a blistering pace in the first division and the leaders have lost just four of their twenty four games to date. In the last round of the cup they required extra time however, to beat Leinster Senior League side CIE Ranch and they defeated the Limerick Junior League team Pike Rovers 2-0 in round one.
Holders Cork City have been drawn away to Longford Town. Dundalk are also on the road, making the trip to Limerick.
Perhaps the tie of the round is a repeat of the 2008 final with Derry City taking on Bohemians at the Brandywell.
