Sean Heaney made his debut for Waterford against Wexford FC at the RSC last night.
The Blues came from a goal down to defeat the visitors 2-1 and move six points clear at the top of the league table. Second half substitute Davy McDaid equalised from the penalty spot on 59 minutes and Mark O'Sullivan headed the winner on 67 minutes.
The Blues are now six points clear at the top of the table and remain on course for the title and promotion to the Premier League.
