Waterford have agreed to allow Kilkenny home advantage for their National Hurling League clash in March.

The Division 1, Group B game was originally supposed to be played at Walsh Park, but the redevelopment works meant an alternative venue had to be found.

According to the Irish Examiner, it will now go ahead on March 19th in Nowlan Park.

Dungarvan's Fraher Field will be the venue for the Déise's other home games against Dublin on February 5th (their league opener), and against Antrim on February 26th.

The Laois game on February 11th will be Waterford's first away clash of the League, taking place in O'Moore Park, Portlaoise at 5pm.

Davy Fitzgerald's side will also travel to Semple Stadium on March 11th to take on Tipperary for an evening game from 7.15pm.

It is expected that Semple will also be the venue for Waterford's two Munster Senior Hurling Championship round robin games, against Limerick on April 23rd and Clare on May 13th.
