They defeated Dungarvan United 8-3 at Ozier Park last night.
Dean Walsh scored a hat-trick, while Aaron O'Connor and Conor Kilgannon scored two apiece and Cian Browne was also on target.
Noah Landers, Alan Dunwoody and Greg Watere found the net for Dungarvan.
The finalists will be confirmed later this evening as Tramore take on reigning champions Hibernians at 7pm.
