Tramore will face Villa in the final of the Jimmy Searson Ardagh Premier Cup.
Tramore saw off Hibernians 2-1 in last night's semi-final at Ozier Park - as Dara O'Brien and Michael Brennan found the target.
Villa had earlier booked their place in the decider by defeating Dungarvan United 8-3 on Tuesday.
Villa won the Waterford Premier League, while Tramore finished in second.
