Conor Prunty, Calum Lyons and Stephen Bennett start instead of Iarlaith Daly, Austin Gleeson and Colin Dunford.
Prunty will captain the side from full-back as the Déise aim to lift the league title for the first time since 2015.
Top scorer Stephen Bennett is restored to the Waterford attack while Calum Lyons from Ballyduff Lower makes his first start of the season.
Cork haven't won the league since 1998 and it's set to be a close contest at FBD Semple Stadium this evening.
