The Tooranena man signed his card for a fourth round of 67 on Sunday; his third sub 70 score of the event at the Sentry Tournament of Champions.
Power, who is playing his first year as a permanent fixture on the PGA Tour opened up his calendar in the Aloha State in a field of 39, with all but two of the world's top 10 in attendance.
Playing his final round with Si Woo Kim, the West Waterford native shot once again went bogey-free; picking up six shots along the way.
He may be left to rue his opening round when he was still getting back into the swing of things - a very mixed bag on Thursday saw him hand back four shots. Given his time back, those shots that went missing could have seen him tied for eight.
His performance since last Thursday has seen him improve his world ranking position to 63rd - a jump of ten places since last week.
While everybody at home here in Ireland are still getting used to the cold January weather, Seamus will remain in Hawaii where he plays the Sony Open this coming weekend.
It's only been a week, but it looks like 2022 could be a great year for the man from Tooranena.
