Both Senior games took place in Fraher Field, with Lismore and Fourmilewater throwing in at 3 o clock. It really was the Maurice Shanahan show in Dungarvan as the 2015 All-Star scored 2-17 - 14 frees, 1-3 from play and a penalty to boot, getting Lismore off the mark in their senior hurling championship.

Club Championship Camogie returned to Waterford yesterday with two senior clashes to be decided.
Cappoquin hosted Tramore while Gailtir welcomed De La Salle.
Gailtir and De La Salle reached 37 minutes before the game had to be called off due to a serious leg injury suffered by Courtney Healy. De La Salle were playing with the winnd and trailed by four points at the time with the scoreline at 1-11 to 0-10 when the game had to blown up.
Cappoquin and tramore played out to a 1-08 draw in their group 2 game.
In the intermediate clashes An Rinn managed a one point victory ovr Ferrybank with the score, 0-13 An Rinn 2-06 Ferrybank.
Elsewhere, Gailtir B had a strong 4-07 victory over Dungarvan's 1-18.In the two junior games of the day, Bricky Rangers hosted Tallow with the home side taking the win thanks to their 1-12 over Tallow's 0-05.
St Annes B took the game by three points when they finished up with 3-06 to Portlaw's 1-09

The League Of Ireland returned on Friday night and Waterford FC got back in action with an away wi against Shelbourne FC in Tolka Park.
