Waterford's Jack O'Donoghue will captain the Munster A's for this weekend's meeting with the Connacht Eagles at Thomond Park.
A number of senior squad players have been introduced to the A side in an effort to get them more game time ahead of next weekend's PRO14 return.
Fellow Waterford man Thomas Ahern has been named among the possible replacements - in a list that includes a raft of top tier Munster players including Niall Scannell, Peter O’Mahony, Chris Cloete, Tommy O’Donnell, CJ Stander, JJ Hanrahan, Damian de Allende and more.
This is set to be the first game at home for a Munster side since the clash with Scarlets in the PRO14 in February.
The game gets underway in Limerick from 3pm Saturday.
