Jack O' Donoghue ad Thomas Ahern both start for Munster this evening in Belfast.

Munster are looking to claim their first win over Ulster in Belfast since 2016.

The fourth-place Reds are without their captain Peter O’Mahony for the trip to Kingspan Stadium while Michael Lowry starts at out-half for the second-place hosts.

Ulster head-coach Dan McFarland has called on his players to quickly re-focus on the URC following their European exit last weekend.

After a bruising encounter with Exeter last weekend in Thomond Park O' Mahony and Niall Scannell miss out through injury.

Speaking to the media ahead of the game, Munster head coach Johan Van Graan said "It's obviously a very tough game against Ulster coming up. We need to go and deliver a performance there. Both teams are on a seven-game run of wins in terms of home games. We haven't won there in a long time and they haven't won in Thomond Park in a long time. This is a very tough assignment against a very good side."
