Former Waterford captains Stephen Molumphy and Stephen Frampton have been added to Liam Cahill’s backroom team as selectors for 2020. Michael Bevans from Toomevara is already on board as coach.
Molumphy skippered Waterford to Munster glory in 2010 and won an All Star award in 2007. He was part of Davy Fitzgerald’s backroom team in Wexford last season.
Frampton captained the Déise in 1998 when they reached the All Ireland semi final. The Gunners defender hurled for the county from 1990 to 2001. He was a member of the five-man selection committee that recommended Cahill to the county board.
