New Waterford hurling captain Pauric Mahony says it's a huge honour to lead the Déise into 2020.
The Ballygunner star, who played a vital role in Gunners' sixth county title in a row, was announced as captain last weekend.
He made his senior debut with Waterford in 2011 and has been a regular in the team's forward line, he spoke to our own Gavin Whelan yesterday afternoon (Listen back below);

The 29th Annual Park Hotel Waterford Supreme Sports Star awards banquet is just around the corner and Kieran O' Connor filled us in on the various monthly winners ahead of the big night which is coming up on December 29th at the Park Hotel.
The overall winner will be announced by special guest on the night, champion jockey Davy Russell who steered Tiger Roll to back to back Grand National victories at Aintree.

BOXING - Tramore boxer Rhys Moran will make his professional debut in Belfast on February 1st.
The Light Heavyweight says he's learnt a lot over the last ten months training with Paschal Collins, he dropped into studio and chatted with Matt Keane during the course of the week.
