There were just two games in the Waterford Junior League Premier Division this weekend, as Villa and Hibernians continued their fine form.

Matt Keane reports:

Villa continue to lead the pack

Villa 3-2 Tramore:
There were only two Premier League games played over the weekend. The action got underway in Connors Park on Friday night in front of a large attendance.
The league leaders Villa played hosts to Tramore and they got off to a flying start when Dylan Walsh put them in front after just 8 minutes.
The game was turned on its head in the second half when Jack Larkin scored on 63 and 73 minutes to put the Seagulls in front.
It was then a case of 'Cometh the Hour,  Cometh  the Man'. Enter Dean Walsh.
He scored the equaliser on 83 minutes and two minutes later, 'Deano' netted once again to win the points for the hosts.
Dean Walsh has now scored an incredible 16 goals of Villa's  overall total of 30 goals.

Hibernians crush Dungarvan

Dungarvan United 0-6 Hibernians
Hibernians have no intention of conceding the title to the Villa or any other team in this campaign.
They travelled to Kilrush Park on Saturday night and completely overwhelmed the home side.
First half goals from Kieran Sadey (11) , Adham Masggod (25) and Glen Hawe ( 29) had them three goals in front at the interval.
After the change of ends, it turned into the Alex Phelan show.
He went into the game on a total of seven goals but he increased that total to ten with a blistering hat-trick by scoring three goals between the 50th and 60th minute.
Three goals in ten minutes. Unreal.

Villa continue to top the table with 21 points from 21 after 7 games. Ferrybank are five points off on 16, with Hibernians on 15 and Tramore in fourth on 12.
