The Boys in Green will have two summer friendlies to help them prepare for the next World Cup Qualifier against Portugal.
They will face Andorra at the Estadi Nactional on Thursday June 3rd, with the fixture against Hungary on Tuesday June 8th at a venue to be confirmed.
Stephen Kenny’s rocky start to the campaign has all but ensured that the side will not be travelling to Qatar next year, with 11 games played and no wins in any of those outings.
These friendlies will be a welcome chance to register his first win as the Republic boss, with the hope that some form can be carried in to the game against Portugal in Lisbon on September 1st.
The two fixtures will be part of the teams summer training camp in Spain.
