Three-time Grand National-winning trainer Gordon Elliott has been banned from racing for six months - with a further six months suspended for being pictured sitting on a dead horse.
The punishment from The Irish Horse Racing Regulatory Board will also be enforced in Britain.
The British Horseracing Authority have welcomed the decision of the I-H-R-B, but say horses must be moved before Elliott’s ban commences on Monday.
Cheveley Park Stud already removed their horses, but owners like Gigginstown House and Philip Reynolds still have horses in his care.
