The Waterford ladies went down to Dublin 4-5 to 0-13 at Fraher Field this afternoon in Division 1 as the All Ireland champions stormed back from seven points down.

Siobhan Woods, Noelle Healy, Carla Rowe and Sinead Aherne all raised green flags for the Sky Blues.

Kelly Ann Hogan kicked five frees for Waterford, Roisin Tobin scored three points from play while Caoimhe McGrath and Katie Murray got two each.

Déise boss Ciaran Curran felt that his side produced their best display of the league this afternoon; "We've played five league games now and I don't think there was any of them that we didn't have a chance of winning because we were really really competitive, they really tried hard, even against the wind I though we were very competitive - I think that was our performance in terms of all the games but unfortunately we didn't come away with the win".
