Waterford FC forwards Junior Quitirna and Phoenix Patterson have been named in the SSE Airtricity League of Ireland First Division Team of the Year.
The Blues stars were lethal in front of goal this season as Patterson finished as the division's top scorer, while Quitirna was on target 12 times in the league.
The accolades will prove mere consolation for the duo following last week's playoff heartbreak at the hands of UCD, with the Blues now resigned to another year of First Division football in 2023.
League champions Cork City lead the way with award winners, while players from Galway United, Longford Town and Treaty United have also been recognised.
Cork City's David Harrington gets the nod in goal, while the defence is made up of Rebels pair Kevin O'Connor and Ally Gilchrist, as well as Galway's Killian Brouder and Longford's Dylan Barnett.
Quitirna, Cork's Barry Coffey and Aaron Bolger, and Treaty man Enda Curran make up the midfield - while it's Patterson and Galway's Stephen Walsh up front.
Patterson has also been nominated for the First Division Player of the Year Award, as well as being nominated for Young Player of the Year for the entire League of Ireland - where he'll be up against Shamrock Rovers' Andy Lyons and St. Patrick Athletic's Joe Redmond.
