Oisin Griffin's late winner saw it finish 3-2 to Ferrybank.
The sides were level after Darragh Cosgrave and Ronan Sheehan had earlier been on target for the visitors, while Joshua Aimiuhi and Tyler Dunphy found the net for the hosts.
