Faithlegg golfers secure Munster title

Faithlegg has won the Munster Finals of the Irish Junior Foursomes.

The Waterford club will now compete in next month's All Ireland finals as Munster champions.

They beat Lee Valley in the semi-final and Kilrush in the final at Clonmel Golf Club.

Rory Fives and Kieran Houlihan led the way for Faithlegg, winning both of their matches. Alex King and Cormac Cadogan were in similar form, they also won both matches. The final score would read as a seven-hole win for Faithlegg.

The finals take place in Castle Dargan at the end of September.
