After a one-year absence due to the Covid Pandemic, boxing returns to the seaside town this weekend.
The Celtic Boxing Cup has been running since 2013, with teams coming from home and abroad to compete.
The last time the tournament was run was in 2018, when Drimnagh claimed the team title.
Drimnagh are headed up by 1992 Olympic Gold medalist Michael Carruth who has always enjoyed coming to Dungarvan for the Tournament.
While the fights play out in the Deise, Team Ireland are still vying for their first win at the World Championships.
Today at the Celtic Boxing Cup, Waterford's Kelyn Cassidy gets his chance to step into the ring where he faces Arriaga Olvera in Belgrade.
Carruth sat down to speak to WLR Sports Nigel Kelly ahead of his trip to Dungarvan as well as discussing the fortunes of Team Ireland so far at the World Championships.
