Déise footballers gearing up for massive challenge as Monaghan roll into town

Waterford footballers return to action on Saturday as they take on Division 1 side Monaghan in the second round of the All-Ireland Senior football Championship Qualifiers

Waterford put in a brilliant performance to defeat Wexford in the opening round.

Déise midfielder Kieran Power put in a fine display in that win and he says it was a brilliant boost for the big ball in the county.

Kieran says it's a massive boost to have a home game.

Kieran told WLR Sport there's a great buzz in the camp going into the game.

WLR will broadcast the game live thanks to George Corbett Skoda, with commentary team Kieran O' Connor and Jason Ryan.
