Treaty United 2 | Waterford FC 0
Waterford's interest in this season's Munster Senior Cup ended in Limerick last night when they lost out to Treaty United in the quarter-final by 2 goals to nil.
An unplayable pitch at Market's Field forced a late change of venue to the astroturf at the University of Limerick and it was the home side that adapted better to the poor conditions.
Treaty had the best of the opening exchanges and went in front at 21 minutes when Dean George beat Paul Martin with a cheeky backheel after the Blues failed to clear a corner.

Waterford's first charge came at 50 minutes when En-Neyah got inside the box, but his weak shot didn't trouble Jack Brady.
Treaty's second goal came 9 minutes from full-time when Marc Ludden's freekick from the right was met by Seán Guerin's.
Although Blues keeper Martin did well to get a hand to it - the powerful header found the net - securing the win that puts the Limerick outfit into the semi-finals of the provincial cup.
