Waterford FC have moved 5 points clear at the top of the First Division League table following a comprehensive three nil victory over Cabinteely last night at the RSC.

Mark O'Sullivan opened the scoring on four minutes followed swiftly by Gary Comerford (pictured) on seven minutes. Comerford ran onto a long ball from Kenny Brown and broke the offside trap to slip the ball past the Cabinteely keeper. Wateford FC completely dominated the remainder of the game.

Mark O'Sullivan scored his second goal on 78 minutes thanks to a sublime ball from John Martin. The final score, 3-0, was a repeat of the score when the two sides met at the RSC back in March.

The Blues are now five points clear at the top and have lost just one game in their 16 games played to date. Next up it's an away game against UCD in the Belfield Bowl next Friday.
