The All Ireland Juvenile and Novice Cross Country Championships take place at Tramore Racecourse on Sunday from 11pm.
Athletes from Waterford and all 32 counties are taking part with twelve national All Ireland Cross Country titles on offer.
Norah Storey from Tramore AC says it promises to be a fantastic occasion.
"The first race is expected to kick off about 11am and it starts with our under-11s who are our youngest athletes on the day and it goes right through to under-19s and our novices and the last race is expected off shortly after 3pm on the day. So a busy day of racing! There'll be 12 races in total kicking off. So 12 national titles on the line for the best athletes in the country."
"You can buy your tickets online at the Athletics Ireland website, there's a link there to buy your tickets online. They're also taking cards and cash on the day. The entry into the race course will be there. It's a €10 entry and kids under 16 go free."
