Abbeyside attacker Maria Delahunty has picked up her second WLR Granville Hotel GAA award.
The Deise dead-ball specialist was named player of the match in the Division 2 final win against Kerry over the May Bank Holiday weekend.
She kicked 1-4 as Ciaran Curran's side earned promotion to the top tier for 2020.
Maria Delahunty says the team gave five-star performances in both the league semi final and final.
Soccer was her first love. In 2015, Delahunty won the All Ireland intermediate title with Waterford at Croke Park and the FAI Women's Cup with Wexford Youths at the Aviva Stadium.
Waterford face a daunting challenge against reigning All Ireland champions Dublin on Saturday. They must pick themselves up from last month's Munster final loss to Cork.
