Waterford U-20 footballers make the lengthy journey to Clonakilty this evening as they face a strongly fancied Cork side in the Munster Championship semi-final.
The Déise set up tonight's tie following last week's hard fought victory over Clare in Fraher Field, Tom Barron kicked the winning point for the home side side who prevailed by the minimum (1-10 to 1-9).
Waterford have opted with the same starting fifteen that defeated the Banner, and will be hoping to bring the same energy and intensity for tonight's huge task against the Rebels.
Déise defender Mark Twomey says last week's win was one his proudest moments in a Waterford jersey.
Mark says coach Gary Hunrey has had a massive influence on the squad.
Speaking to WLR Sport, Mark is well aware of the challenge they face but says they won't fear travelling to West Cork; "yeah Cork will always be in the top two teams in Munster, ideally we'd like the game to on in East Cork or Cork City but we don't mind, hopefully there'll be a good Waterford following down there as well".
Throw-in is @ 7pm, and Tomás McCarthy will have updates across the evening here on WLR.
